What I miss the most in life..

I really miss dancing. I've been dancing my whole life. How I miss performing in front of people.. How I miss competing in dancing.. How I miss entertaining people.. How I miss being so tired but still keep moving coz dancing is what I like best.

'sigh..'

It's not that I want to stop but I have to put it on back to give way for future. I was once told myself.. If can't study, I'll dance..

I don't believe that I can get both. To choose between accountancy and dancing, I'll choose dancing. It's not easy to pursue dancing here and that is why I chose what I think will give me a brighter future. Maybe, if Im successful enough, I can dance again. So, right now, I'll just have to dance in front of the mirror to satisfy myself.

Happy Wedding Day to my Colleague and really sorry for not coming..

I was suppose to go to Alor Setar Kedah this Sunday but a lot of things going on so I had to cancel the trip. Actually the trip is to one of our colleague house for his wedding. Well, unfortunately I can't go now. There are several reasons for me not to go such as:-

1. I'll be working on Saturday so I need the Sunday for myself to rest.
2. It will be a long drive and I only like to travel far with my sayang, very close friends and my siblings.
3. My family is coming here so I need to see them coz I really miss my little brother.


So, I think I have good reasons not to go though I feel really bad.

RM300 and a girl named Aida

My goodness.. This RM300 and this girl are giving me headache. Well, actually it is about this girl named Aida who resigned without notice and she just ran away and leaving all her responsibilities to a new girl (been working for only 1 month) just like that.

After resigning, I found out that she still have an outstanding salary of RM300++. The problem now is the company is forcing me to trace for that girl so that we can pay her the money. After weeks of hard work, I managed to find her and when I problem is almost solved, this Marketing Manager ask me to tell her that the money will only be given to her if she comes to see her personally and submit her resignation letter.

So, now, the girl doesnt wanna see her so she gave up on the money. The problem is the company does not want to keep the money due to some rules and regulations and now Aida will disappear again and it's either the problem will be solve or I will have to start all over again.

I realized after 2 hours..

WTH!!!

How can I not realize it..

After 2 hours sitting in the office..

And thats when I realize that today....




YES.. There's no drilling...

Its peaceful again...

It makes everyone in the office..

At last, they stopped. What happened was...

My office neighbour is doing some renovations. If Im not mistaken, our neighbour is doing this beauty salon business.

The first few hours....


Drilling.. Yesterday they were doing the other side of the wall so we still can bear the sound of the drill.. But today... They are drilling the wall that we shared.. OMG... Im sitting just beside the wall so can you imagine the suffer???

Lazy or Stupid... ?

This morning I was asked to order few ribbons for the receipt printer. Each outlets has different type of model. So, I had to call each outlet to ask for the printer model.

WHAT DID I FOUND OUT???

Some of the outlet workers don't even know what is a printer. I don't know whether they really don't know or they are just lazy. One of the girls that I talked to does not even know where did the receipt came from and fyi, she has been working in the outlet for 2 months. Maybe they don't know what is printer so I had to translate to Malay. I used the word 'pencetak bil' but still they don't understand. I ask them, "Do you know where the bills are printed after you make any transactions?'' They keep on answering me, "Tak tau la kakak..You call petang la."

If they are really they STUPID and don't know, then I really pity them and the supervisor should be blamed. But if they're lazy.... I seriously don't know what to do coz If I report, they they will sure 'KENA KAW KAW'!!

aCEpOS OH...aCEpOS...

My company has started to use this new system called AcePos.. All these while, I have been using UBS for my accounts and when I joined this company, they havent started their accounting system. Actually they do have their accounts which they outsource from outside. So, now I have to start from basic. Seriously, I do not have any idea on to how to operate this system. I have tried keying in my transactions but it does not appear in my trial balance, profit and loss account as well as balance sheet. The only thing that I can view is my ledger. Time is ticking and the report needs to be submitted next month.. Just crossing my fingers hoping things will get better soon...'sigh'

I was just testing you...

WTH!!!! I seriously hate when people use the phrase ' I was just testing you' to blame other people and not take responsibilities. I was in that situation once. It happened when I was given a report by the marketing manager and i was asked to keep it in my record. After one week, there were some problem with the other company (we have 2 companies where I handle one of the company, the another company is being handled by our Finance Manager) regarding its stocks. Apparently, I was supposed to show the report to my Finance Manager in order for her to maintain her record. So, she scolded me like hell and asked me who gave me the report and instructed me to keep it? So, I told the that the Marketing Manager asked me to do so, and when she was called, she got so scared and nervous and in order for her not to get the blame, she said, "Auddra, actually I was just testing you..." I cannot say more when she said that.. But I learned my lesson. Never trust anyone!!

I love my job but she's driving me crazy!!!

Seriously, I love my job. I enjoy what Im doing. This is one of the things that I am good at.

BUT!!!

I dislike my finance manager. She is driving me crazy. Just yesterday, my heart felt like bursting. Today, I feel like I can attack her anytime and when I dont feel like attacking her, I feel like strangling myself. I feel lucky that Im not insane, if not..... I need a break. Guess I should watch movie today or just chill somewhere before I get crazy by her..

My Finance Manager annoys me!!

Im just so fed up with my Finance Manager. She just cant stop talking adn she doesnt want to listen. It's true that she's training me but she doesnt have to talk for hours just to tell me that RHB Bank doesnt have a cheque machine than scans cheques. Duh!! I know lah... I have Maybank and CIMB account and Both the banks has both scan and non-scan cheque deposit machine.

The day before I actually almost want to call her 'STUPID'. Well, actually she's not stupid. I was just so angry since she doesnt let me talk. She actually doesnt let me finish my question before answering it. Ended up, she spent hours just explaining things that I already know. Actually, my question was ' If I'm using the RHB cheque deposits(no scanning), so I have 4 cheques and I have 4 receipts (where these receipts do not tells which receipt belongs to which cheque), can I just attach any receipt to any cheque?'

Her answer was, 'You do not understand...There are 2 types of cheque deposit machine which are the.. bla.. bla.. bla..' Repeating the same thing again and again...

Suddenly I exploded and raised voice " Miss. S, can you pls stop. Can you please let me finish my question before answering it?" At last, she let me finish my question. And guess what was her answer...THE SAME THING!!!

So I said, I better dont ask anymore. The more I ask, the worse it will get. I don't want to listen to her mumble again and again coz it will make me even more angry. Furthermore, there is no use talking to people who do not understand.
